Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY and they must follow the criteria as below:

If you still want to return when it exceeds 30 days, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge 15% for the usage or we may provide the replacement of the spare part instead within the warranty period.
All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned items without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
